Introduction: "Great Paper Airplanes 101"

This is my first instructable so go easy please :)
This will teach you to make a basic airplane then how to make it better.

Step 1: "Tools and Stuff"

You will need the following:

1: 9"x11" steet of paper (card stock is better)
1: pair of scissors (get good sharp ones)
Some markers (not really needed, but still)

Step 2: "The Start"

Fold your sheet of paper in half lengthwise or the hotdog way (don’t ask, it’s from, like, the first grade)

Step 3: "The Wings"

As in the picture, fold the corners up to the crease. Do this for the left and the right.

Step 4: "The Wings"

Fold, as in the picture, to the crease. If you did it right it should end 1 inch from the end. Do this for both sides.

Step 5: '''The Outer Wings'''

Now fold down the centre crease so it looks like a triangle.

Step 6: '''The Outer Wing.'''

Now you are going to have to fold so that the upper part of the triangle hits the bottom, like in the picture. Do this for both wings.

Step 7: '''Finishing'''

When you’re finished folding, you’re done unless you are going to make it better; if you are, then keep going.

Step 8: '''The Tail Fin'''

If you are making your plane better, then you want to cut right about where it is marked which is about 1 inch from the end.

Step 9: '''The Tail Fin.'''

Flip up the piece you just cut so it looks like a tail fin.

Step 10: '''Finishing'''

Colour to your liking or add stuff to it like the paper jet engine which fits in nicely because of the fin.

Step 11: '''Fun :)'''

The best step have fun :).
